Very Well Maintained House on a Dead End Street! Brief walk to Beach!
Beach access located on the peaceful part of Palm Blvd outdoor of Wild Dunes (back entrance). Wild Dunes Sports card accepts access to niceties such as pools (some are heated), exercise center, and tennis for a modest fee. Open modernized kitchen with eat in area leading out to a grilling outdoor space and flowing into a family room with connecting sunroom. An additional dinning area, guest bedroom with bunk beds beds and full bath are on the first floor. Both inside sunrooms, downstairs and upstairs can be closed off and with the 2 pull-out couch beds you'll have 2 addition bedrooms. Upstairs you'll find an upsized master bedroom with a skylighted bathroom and a connecting sunroom. Two additional bedrooms share a full bath. A peaceful, cloistered location!
Kitchen - all stainless steel appliances, new cabinets with granite counter tops, additional eating area at the bar, plus a breakfast area, all the entertaining pieces you could ask for, top of the line cookware, and every preparing utensil we could think of for the most discerning chef.
Porch - a sitting area under a huge spreading oak tree for plenty of cool shade, peaceful Living room w/fireplace and sizable flat screen, intelligent TV.
Dining room - Table for six and opens to the living area.
Downstairs Sunroom - opens to the living area, tons and tons of natural light, pull out couch sleeper, audio system, high- speed Internet, and again, sea vistas. This room can be completely closed off for privacy.
Downstairs Bunkroom - Full-size bed on bottom bunk, twin-size bed on top bunk, TV - ideal for the children.
Downstairs Guest bath - located just off the hallway and also open to the bunkroom. This bathroom has a walk in shower only (no tub)
Upstairs Master Suite - sizable
Upstairs Sunroom - located off the master suite, pull out sleeper couch, enormous 26 inch TV, with constructed in cabinets, tons of natural light, considerable sea vistas. This sunroom can also be thoroughly closed off from the master
Upstairs Guestroom one - Relaxing queen-size bed.
Upstairs Guestroom two - Generous bedroom with two queen-size beds, TV.
Upstairs Guest Bath -The two above guestrooms share a bathroom with dazzling size vanity and a tub/shower combination.
All beds (except twin top bunk) have soft feather beds added with top of the line bed pads on top. All of this on top of brand new high quality beds. Even our pull out sleeper couches are by Lee Industries with calming beds! We want you to be as comfortable (or more so) than you are in your own bed at home.
All bedrooms have their own TV, including the 2 sunrooms. Of course, we do give WiFi and Gas Grille.
This home is also Pet Neighborly with a $300 non-returnable fee per pet! Applicable pet policy must be signed and records received prior to arrival. Pet must be approved by Carroll Realty.
When you rent this unit it also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear!! There are many options including bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental home. Just another added additional for renting through Carroll Realty to enhance your holiday experience.
ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bicycles, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a starter set of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath / dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to buy these items after your initial arrival.
