This roomy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has been completely modernized by the current owner. This home, constructed-in 1872, has high ceilings, reclaimed heart pine floors, and a calming piazza. It has a nice balance of both vintage and modern furnishings. Located in the historic Hampstead Hill neighborhood, this home has a great view of the Ravenel Bridge and is across from to the freshly remodeled Charleston Cigar Factory and the Cedar Room, which offers both shopping and dining options.
The Space:
This space will make you feel like you're at home. The living room is ideal for spending time with your family or friends with the two comfortable couches, with huge windows to let in the handsome Charleston sun! In the dining room is a enormous table to savor meals or play some games. Our three bedrooms include one king and two queen beds with one full bath in the hallway.
Guest Access:
Guests will receive an e-mail with self check-in instructions 24hours prior to arrival. You may utilize the driveway on the side of the home. Please pull all the way to the right of the driveway, the left is reserved for the upstairs tenants. You can fit up to 2 cars in the driveway.
