About this Property

Recently redone 1 bedroom apartment in Downtown Charleston in a bigger home with a private entrance and sizable kitchen. This unit has it's own private bath with tub/shower combo, queen size bed, generous flat screen TV, and full kitchen.The kitchen offers a refrigerator, stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. We give dishware, cookware and silverware. With each room in the home having it's own entrance, multiple groups can rent, a couple of mid size groups or one huge group can rent the whole home.

All of the new furnishings are handsome yet functional and the bed is very appealing. There is a flat screen TV with cable and access to wireless internet included. Each bedroom has a sound machine to help block out any regular city noise. We give blissful linens and towels for your stay.

This home has so many pretty unique original includes that make it the ideal choice for your trip to Charleston. There is original exposed brick all through, pretty original wood floors and non working but delightful fireplaces. You will have access to the double porches, outfitted with rocking chairs and a joggling board for hanging out and relishing each other's company. The home was constructed in 1895 and does have the classic "Charleston lean" in some of the units.

Parking is available in a privately owned lot next door for an additional $10/nighttime. These spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis. Please contact us as soon as you rent if you need parking to reserve your space.

We utilize a key-less entry system, making check in seamless. We also give trip planning assistance including recommendations on things to do, places to go and where to eat. If you have any questions or issues during your stay we have on-call staff available 24-7.
