GUEST NOTE and DISCLAIMER: This apartment is located on a busy street, in the center of town, adjacent a generous college campus... The noise can be considerable at times, especially in the overnight hours and early mornings.. Please consider this BEFORE renting as there is nothing we can do about this once you arrive.

This first floor condo is located one block from historic Upper King shopping and dining district, and one block from CofC. Recently modernized, the condo is bight and very comfortable for one or two couples. Includes include queen sized beds, washer/dryer, a magnificent porch, 55" flat screen T.V., and entirely-outfitted kitchen. Porch overlooks side of the historic Westendorff building/rear of Stella's and Warren St. One parking place in rear is included.
