About this Property

Adorable 1 bedroom bungalow located in downtown Charleston with living area and full kitchen. This unit has a private bath, private bedroom with queen size bed, flat screen TV in the living room, futon that is ideal for your 3rd guest and a entirely supplied kitchen. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, all basic cookware dishware and silverware. Upon entrance into the bungalow the bedroom is off to the left. If you have a 3rd guest with you, there is a curtain you can pull for privacy between the bedroom and the rest of the unit. To the right of the entrance, is the living room with desk, modest dining table, couch, flat screen TV and the kitchen.

There is a flat screen TV with cable and access to wireless internet supplied. The bedroom has a sound machine to help block out any regular city noise. We give opulent linens and towels for your stay. There is a private courtyard next to the bungalow for your use only.

Parking is available in a church lot next door for an additional $10/nighttime. Please contact us as soon as you rent if you need parking to reserve your space.

We utilize a key-less entry system, making check in seamless. We also give trip planning assistance including recommendations on things to do, places to go and where to eat. If you have any questions or issues during your stay we have on-call staff available 24-7.
