Spend a fun day on the water with Lowcountry Angling. Besides offering a variety of great fishing spots, the Lowcountry waters also offer abundant opportunities to view all sorts of wildlife and many of Charleston’s historic landmarks.
Give Captain Matthew a few hours of your day and he’ll make sure to use them wisely. If you’re looking for something a bit different, something a bit more relaxing, and something that creates a bond with everyone on board, you’ve come to the right place.
You’ll be fishing on an 18’ Maverick boat that accommodates up to 3 guests. She’s powered by a 150 HP Yamaha engine and easily reaches high speeds when necessary. You’ll be on your fishing spot in no time. The boat also features a live bait tank, a cooler, and a wireless trolling engine.
Spend the day exploring the vast salt marsh around Charleston as you pursue inshore species like Redfish, Speckled Seatrout, Flounder, Jacks, and more. You’ll mainly use light tackle and spinning but you can also switch to fly fishing if you have more experience. In that case, make sure to bring your fly fishing gear.
Rods, reels, and lures are included in the price. The captain prefers to release the fish but you can keep some if you’re planning to eat it. Your license and bottled water are also covered, so you only need to bring some snacks and sun protection.
Lowcountry Angling welcomes you aboard!
