The Space: Welcome to the Little Palm! Directly behind the main home sits our modern Charleston carriage home. This 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom bungalow is delightfully comfortable and the ideal size for up to 4 guests. The carriage home features an open floorplan in the main area, which opens up the space and provides a light-filled area where guests can savor the kitchen, living area, and TV. The first floor also includes one bedroom with a King size bed, TV, ceiling fan, and dresser. The shared bathroom is located on the main floor. A spiral staircase leads to the second bedroom which has a King Size Bed, a ceiling fan, a TV, and a modest closet for storage.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire building. Easily accessible and well-lit for your safety.

You can pull your (1) car off the street and into a driveway/parking lot, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.Guest Access: *Please read description completely before booking*

We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!

*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be allowed on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*
